What they needed
Julia wanted her bathroom refreshed and her storage handled as one intentional design — custom built-ins that read as original to the space, not an afterthought bolted on later. The challenge was pairing a contained bathroom refresh with a bespoke storage build in a single coordinated visit, with zero compromise on either scope.

Our process — in practice
The same five-stage process, applied to this project.
A single video walkthrough covered the bathroom refresh and the storage build together, so both came back as one coordinated proposal instead of two disconnected quotes. Julia made her key finish and design decisions on the call, locking the plan and schedule the same day.
Both the bathroom and the storage build areas were fully contained and sealed before any work began. All materials were staged inside the unit — nothing in shared or common areas, and no disruption to neighbors.
Every custom storage carcass was hand-sanded and prepped to a clean, even base before any finish went on. Doing the substrate work up front is what keeps the final finish flawless and consistent across both scopes.
The custom built-ins were finished in 2K polyurethane to match the refreshed bathroom vanity, so sheen and durability stayed consistent throughout. Built-ins and fixtures were installed in sequence for a clean, integrated result.
After cure, we walked the refreshed bathroom and finished storage with Julia on completion day. Every door, drawer, and fixture was tested and adjusted before sign-off — built to last, not just to look good on day one.
The transformation

The result
A refreshed bathroom and custom storage built to Julia's exact spec — beautiful, functional, and built to last.
Working with Jerry was a fantastic experience from start to finish. He listened carefully to our vision, helped us make smart design decisions, and delivered exceptional quality throughout. The finished bathroom and custom storage solutions are beautiful, functional, and built to last.
