A video walkthrough of the condo set the full renovation scope, building access windows, and finish direction, with a written quote to follow. The same fast, clear process later made scoping the smaller rental jobs just as simple.
The condo was fully contained and sealed before work began — dust and materials kept within the unit, building access and HOA windows respected. The same low-disruption playbook carried over to the rental-property jobs.
Every surface to be refinished was hand-sanded to a clean base — cork blocks, no power-tool shortcuts. Consistent prep is why the finish looks right across the whole condo and every job since.
Cabinetry and finish work were sprayed in factory-grade 2K polyurethane, color-matched room to room — the same durable, low-VOC finish later used on the rental jobs.
The finished condo was walked room by room with Ceri, with any touch-ups handled before sign-off. The result earned Jerry the repeat calls for repairs and finish work across their rentals.
