Alyssa wanted her dated bathroom to feel bright, timeless, and brand new — without the cost, mess, and multi-week disruption of a full gut renovation. The challenge was delivering a complete visual transformation through a contained refresh: refinishing, new fixtures, and refreshed tile, finished to match her vision exactly.

The same five-stage process, applied to this project.
A single video walkthrough captured the full refresh scope — what to refinish, the fixtures to swap, and the tile and vanity finish — and produced a written, same-day quote. Alyssa locked her selections on the call, so the schedule was set before day one.
Full dust containment was sealed inside the bathroom, with all work staged so the rest of the home — and the neighbors — stayed clean. A refresh means no demo dumpster and no debris in the hallways.
Every surface being refinished was hand-sanded to a clean, even base before any finish went on — the vanity in particular, prepped and filled for its custom coat. The prep is exactly where a 'like-new' result is built.
The vanity was refinished in bone white 2K polyurethane, the tile refreshed, and matte black fixtures installed — factory-grade durability that holds up to daily bathroom use without yellowing or wear.
On the final day, every refinished surface, fixture, and tile line was inspected with Alyssa before sign-off. One minor touch-up was handled on the spot, and the hallway and elevator were checked before departure.
